People often ask what I specialized in during my human computer interaction master's. Honest answer: nothing specific. I didn't come out a master coder or a haptics expert. What I did come out with is the ability to orchestrate and adapt across all of it to actually suit human needs, researching, understanding, designing, and advocating for technology that fits people, not the other way around. Designing, vibe-coding, requirement engineering, user-testing, ideating, prototyping, analyzing, whatever is needed gets done.
Right now I'm applying that at team.blue, optimizing customer care for domain and web hosting: orchestrating tech to complement human work, not replace it.
